The city is in financial trouble, the people with money and jobs that fund your city are leaving and no one wants to move to New York. Middle-class and Lower-class people can’t find a place to live thanks to you. The schools are still a mess and the homeless junkies are taking over the city. The junkies can go to Washinton Heights for the drugs they want. All the stores have become museums as all the stock is under glass. Meanwhile your cops are walking out the door.
