Once again, our friend and frequent guest Dan Ruttenberg hosted his annual Memorial Day bash on the day before Memorial Day! And despite the misty weather, the party was a smash hit!

Of course I showed up early. One of my kids was whining about how there will be no kids, there will be nothing to do blah, blah blah. She was in the pool for five hours!
Every Memorial Day Dan fries three turkeys and French Freis. For Turkey number two, me, Ed Huebner, Mike Foster were taking pics of Dan at work. This was my favorite moment! Me with three awesome guys goofing around! Since Ed was there it was now an official 75 Radio Sanctioned Event! If two or more members of 75 Radio show up at an event, its an official 75 Radio event! Those are the rules!
The food and booze was plentiful. Dan’s guest did not disappoint! We could have fed the crew of an aircraft carrier! Dan had security and bartenders at 9pm. Thise bartenders knew their craft!
I met so many people there. Just about everyone was there! People remembered me and asked if I was doing radio! Unfortunately, no. I told Dan at the end of the night if he wants to get everyone out quickly play 75 Radio archives! Dad did bring a musician Jordan Frank to the party. This dude played everything from the 60’s to today. He played longer than a typical Grateful Dead show!
As usual I had the time of my life! I can’t thank Dan enough for his hospitality and friendship. It’s because of Dan and so many others that I am living my best life right here, right now!
