I don’t like Monday Morning Quarterback police and incidents that go bad. Policing is a dirty business. I’ll let you decide on the officer’s actions. Back in the day in this situations, the officer would probably have Brooks call a friend, family member, cab (no Uber in our day) to pick him up and take him home after his name was ran.

But today, cops have no discretion whatsoever. If this happens YOU MUST do this action. Cops are trained now that if they don’t do something, they will have to answer. The Patrol Guide has been replaced with SOP’s and GO’s (General Orders).

The officer involved, Garrett Rolfe, was immediately fired (Atlanta’s Police Union SUCKS) and charged with murder. Good luck proving intent. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said that Brooks should not have been shot over a taser. Yet, DA Howard is charging 6 Atlanta PD cops over using a taser, declaring a taser is a deadly weapon!

 

So; an overzealous Mayor and Police Chief firing 8 officers without any investigation. An overzealous DA under investigation from the GBI for corruption, so what is the rank and file Atlanta cops to do? Do a mass sick out. The result? 911 calls not being answered, nobody reporting for work. Mayhem in the streets. This is what defunding the police looks like!

Meanwhile everyone is ignoring the fact that Rayshard Brooks was resisting arrest!

 

In 1993 Mayoral candidate Rudy Giuliani promised to get tough on crime. He beat the incumbent black progressive David Dinkins. Giuliani along with Bill Bratton, Howard Safir, John Timoney, Jack Maple reduced crime so much that It became a model for the entire world. One of the tools was the Anti Crime units in every Precinct. The Anti Crime units were already in use 20 years before Giuliani ran for office. Anti Crime officers were hard charging plainclothes officers in unmarked cars that went looking for people with guns, or drugs that were a menace to the people in the city. Many of these cops were able to make detective, or go into specialized units such as Narcotics or Street Crimes Unit. The amount of drugs guns, and perps off the street from Anti crime is insurmountable. As a member of Anti Crime, you got your hands dirty. You put hands on people. It was not for people looking for a Squad 8 position; Monday-Friday, or being a master of a desk. It was for people looking for action. As you are dealing with really bad people, bad things happen. People do get beat up, people do get shot. People do go to jail. Policing is an ugly, dirty business! Well, this week Police Commissioner Dermot Shea, disbanded the Anti Crime squads and assigned 600 cops elsewhere. I guess his boss Mayor de Blasio told him to do it.

This couldn’t have come at a worse time. The jails were half empty thanks to Bail Reform Laws. The other half is being let out due to Corona 19 virus. The DA’s are not prosecuting, the jails are letting them out and the cops have their hands tied. Then with the George Floyd/Black Lives Matter/ Antifa opportunists, the city fell into chaos. So the men and women who know those streets, know the shot callers and corners are doing something else, somewhere else.

If the Republicans want to win in 2021, they need to come out for law and order. People who own businesses vote too. People want to live in safety. They don’t want to go back to the days of Death Wish and Fort Apache The Bronx.

This is not photoshopped. Let me be clear. This has not been retouched or edited. This is actually Nancy Pelosi presenting Philonise Floyd, George Floyd’s brother with an American flag folded 13 times in a shadow box. The flag flew over the Capitol Building.

The flag folded 13 times has special meaning. Read about it here. A family receives such a flag when a loved one that served honorably passed away either on active duty or not. My father in law was a veteran and I requested the funeral home to get a flag for his funeral. The family did not want a flag draped coffin. I do. I want the world to know that I served.

The box the flag is in is called a “shadow box.” It usually has military mementos such as rank insignia and medals. Veterans usually get one after he retires.

So Nancy Pelosi gives Philonise Floyd a folded flag because? His loser violent felon brother took some drugs and got involved with the wrong cop at the wrong time? Derek Chauvin will answer for his actions. And he should. But for Nancy Pelosi give Floyd’s family such an honor!? Pelosi Please!

Its beyond a reasonable doubt that Nancy Pelosi hate our military. She has done nothing for them, let alone give Gold Star parents a flag. Pelosi also hate cops despite having round the clock protection from the US Capitol Police. She was nowhere to be seen when 6 cops across the bay were murdered. She was silent when Liu and Ramos was murdered, as well as the cops in Dallas and Baton Rouge.

When did Nancy Pelosi ever stand up for someone that loves this counrty?

Re: Confederate Flag

With all the recent events in Minneapolis concerning George Floyd, Black Lives Matter, police brutality, Confederate symbols, Walter and myself had to take a good look at the world around us.

Viacom cancelled the long running television show Cops, A&E cancelled Live PD. Both Viacom and A&E television support Black Lives Matter. NASCAR banned Confederate Flags at its events. NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace took a stronger stance for Black Lives Matter (see below). Hollywood celebrities stared #ITakeResponsibility that takes a stance against racism and police brutality.

This has caused Walter and I take a good look at ourselves. My great-great grandfather was drafted into the Union Army. We have a reputation and brand to protect. We are an official sponsor for Topless Outlaws Late Model Series Racing. We are a sponsor for the #8 Jeff Johnson. We are a syndicated radio on FCC licensed stations. We have sponsors to answer to, and most of all; we have to answer to the fans.

We have made a decision that may or may not be popular with some of our fans. Starting immediately; 75 Radio, its staff, and all involved in operations will continue to support the display of the Confederate Battle Flag. We encourage all fans to bring it at any gathering, including the racing circuit. We see that flag as symbol of pride, culture and tradition. For too long it has been used as a prop in movies and television shows in a situation where racist hillbillies are harassing outsiders! We support the First Amendment, and that includes displaying the Confederate flag!

 

This country gave me so much. I was able to live my dreams of being a police officer and a talk radio host. I got to meet two members of the Doors and was able to visit Jim Morrison’s grave in Paris. I have been to sea to shining sea, visited 2 Disney parks and numerous other great places. I am able to buy and own guns. The food is good, cheap and plentiful. Our air and water is clean. We are free from famine and war. I also some of the greatest people to walk this earth including Walter, James, Sean and Jim Lancia.

Now, I want to leave this place. Not just the District, but the whole damn country. I could move to Florida, Texas, or Tennessee, but the liberals are moving out of New York, New Jersey, and California and ruining Washington, Oregon, and Virginia. Florida and Texas are next.

We were told for months to stay inside because of COVID-19. Now; nothing. Failure on all sides including the White House. Our cities burned because a piece of shit named George Floyd died in police custody. The fact he had drugs in his system; was ignored.

Besides our cities burning our cops were tied down and overpowered. Mayors told cops to stand down. Mayors refusing to call for the National Guard. Donald Trump called the National Guard and active duty troops to stop the violence and to back up the US Secret Service Uniformed Division that was getting the short end of the stick. DC Mayor Muriel Bowzer told the troops to leave town! While some of our cops were fighting the street shit, others were bowing down to the street shit by taking a knee. Bower took it upon herself to rename a part of 16th St NW Black Lives Matter Plaza.

As the cities are picking up the broken glass, now the new thing is for mayors and council members new thing to to call for defunding and the abolishing the police departments. Look at Flint, MI The city has been cutting the police budget for years. Look how well it worked out for Flint.

Then, the media outside the news is getting involved. Viacom and the A&E network support BLM. The television show Cops was cancelled, The hit show Live PD was pulled. Time Warner which owns the distribution rights to Gone with The Wind has pulled it from its HBO on demand service. In the corporate world some of the main offenders include: Apple, Amazon, Coca Cola, Vans, Facebook, and Nike. Then black billionaire Oprah Winfrey who was never married and bared no children lecturing me on BLM.

Then Congress as usual stepped right in to solve this. A bunch of Democrats went to Emancipation Hall in Capitol Hill with some I love Africa scarf and took a knee for 8 minutes and 40 seconds. Note: Rep Gerald Nadler did NOT take a knee. Note: none of these white lawmakers live near inner city black people.

 

The worst part of all this was that when NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC were broadcasting over four hours of the George Floyd state funeral, there was a 77 year old black man who spent over half his adult life as a police officer murdered over a television. His name was David Dorn. While black people were “outraged” about George Floyd, Dorn protected a friends pawn shop from being looted. Nobody in the media except Greg Gutfield mentioned it. His funeral was not broadcast on live television. There was no response from Black Lives Matter. Captain Dorn did not matter to Black Life Matters.

I can’t live here anymore because our history is being whitewashed. Buildings, monuments, statutes are being ripped down. First it was Columbus. Now Lee, Jackson, Davis, Washington, and even in Philadelphia, Democrat Mayor Frank Rizzo was vandalized.

While our heroes are going away, we have a social welfare system that is not sustainable and an abject failure. We had to pay welfare, food stamps/EBT, Section 8 housing, scholarships, set aside contracts, jobs, promotions and so on. Guess what? Black people are still poor.

This country has given everyone so much. So overpaid athletes will take a knee in protest. Including white ones. And the NFL gave its approval.
