My how times have changed. We would never Ed Koch, Richard Daley, Tom Bradley, Richard Riordan dancing around! But we did see Rudy Giuliani dress in drag for the Inner Circle political roast and on Saturday Night Live! But that was for laughs! But for 8 years Rudy ran the city with an iron fist and saved New York City, twice!
This is the new way, politicians campaign; social media. The young people love their phones and social media! That’s partly how Zohran Mamdani won. Brandon Johnson has no record to stand on! Crime out of control, taxes through the roof, schools failing, while businesses and taxpayers keep moving out. Some time ago, Johnson told the world that Michigan Avenue a/k/a “The Magnificent Mile” was safe and Chicago didn’t need the National Guard. The problem was the Mayor was walking around with his security detail consisting om armed members of the Chicago Police Department!
