Metro Transit PD in Washington, DC stopped this fine upstanding citizen not because of bringing a goat into the subway system but of a BOLO. A BOLO is Be On the Lookout for a suspect, vehicle or missing person. Well Kyrie Givins had a BOLO from another agency, so the transit cops put the man in custody!
Why the hell does this man have a goat!? How about a job!? You live in the ‘hood and you buy a goat! Priorities! As for the goat in the subway, you can bring in a rabid wolverine, and the cops won’t do anything! Unfortunately the cops are prohibited from doing their job!
