Spencer Pratt has dropped to third place in the Los Angeles Mayor’s race! With the mail in ballots, Nithya Raman came in second place placing Pratt in third and not eligible for a runoff in November!
Common sense will say that the candidates would get the same percentage of votes in mail in ballots that they received at the polls. Nope. This is California. Hopefully Pratt will get to the bottom of this. But then again, this is California.
