Clickbaters are at it again!

Well with the shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCD), the clickbaters are at it again. First, we’ll look at “Clickbait” Benny Johnson. Johnson got the nickname courtesy of Mark Dice. Johnson posted the clip above with the words: “Trump shooting” with the words “Assassin fires on Trump and Melina.” First off, Trump was not shot. Second, no shots were fired in the ballroom. But; did Johnson change or remove the post? Of course not! Then there’s the picture: photoshopped to make it look like the Trump’s were scared to death. Disgraceful. And what’s even worse, Johnson is an alleged conservative.

Then there’s Nate Cornacchia. His handle in the social media universe is Valhalla VFT. A retired Sergeant First Class with the First Special Forces Group. A legitimate bad ass! Cornacchia is saying that the whole incident at the Washington Hilton was staged! We would think as a retired Green Beret he would know the preparation that goes into special and covert operations. And for something such as fake a presidential assassination attempt is an enormous undertaking and in DC, nothing is secret! As of this posting the above clip has received over 400,000 views on YouTube. Our April 25th show has 24 views.

That what makes us different from everyone else! We could have a picture of our spokesmodel in more titillating and explicit photographs for clicks! Or we can photoshop people to get people curious and excited as what the YouTube clip is about. But we refuse to do so. We’re better than that. The clickbaters can do whatever they want. Johnson, Cornacchia and others may get more clicks, but we have a reputation. We do our homework. We wait and see. We put out a good product that both informs and entertains.
