Seven Years!

By: Scoop Stanton

“75 Radio” is one of the greatest things that ever happened in my entire life. It was because of this show I have met the greatest people and had some of the greatest moment of my entire life!

I came up with the idea of “75 Radio” as part of “The Political Cesspool’s” “fourth hour.” Between reporting on Charlottesville and my work hours, I wasn’t able to contribute as much as I used to. At first I started the first spin off show “Red 42” with the blessing and help of James Edwards and Sam Bushman. I did the show for a year with Jim Lancia, but Jim didn’t want to do it as the show was on well after “Wheel of Fortune.” So I still wanted to do radio after the “Cesspool” so I was looking for a co-host. Walter Yurkiw was perfect. Walter was a guest on the “Cesspool” and “Red 42” as well as a guest host. I asked Walter and he agreed. I said I didn’t want to just talk about his exploits with the NYPD, his time in jail or the movie unless it has to do with the subject matter we are discussing. His response was: “That’s exactly what I want.”

As for the shows name, I wanted something to reflect Walter and his time with the NYPD and the movie. So we were trying to figure out what to name the show, because if you look at the Liberty News Radio line up, most shows don’t have our names in it. Our name was going to have “Seven Five” somewhere in the title. Our first show we taped not only didn’t we have our name figured out, but we had the bumpers and voiceovers from “Red 42!” It was not our best show by a long shot. Fortunately we got a lot better!

Our bumper music is from the biggest bands from the day. I didn’t choose the hits on purpose. But every song is a banger. I asked James Edwards do the voiceovers which we wrote. At the start of the hour James introduces us with: “Starring Walter Yurkiw who starred in the biggest documentary ever made, ‘The Seven Five.’ And Peter ‘Scoop’ Stanton who starred in…… “To catch a predator.’” In January I was doing the show with a guest in his hotel room and when he heard that, his eyes bugged out! I changed another voiceover. It went from me posting insults on Twitter to me staring at Danila Rodrigues’ Instagram account!

I start the show giving a shout out to “Little Billy Keebler.” “Billy Keebler” is shout out to my friend and his colleagues who are hero firefighters with a department in Upstate, New York and an insult to a PoS named Bill Keeler. Keeler started and ended his miserable, forgettable career in the 135th biggest market. He started his career ripping off Howard Stern. He’s ending his career ripping off Don Imus. Keeler is also short like the Keebler elf. He tried to be the next Bob Woodward with a non scandal concerning a member of the local fire department. Meanwhile he kisses the ass to every PoS politician he can talk to! Just like……….Don Imus! I also give a shout out to the cops, firemen, correction officers and sanitation workers of New York City who listen to us as well as those living in Mike Rakebrandt’s neighborhood in Long Island! Every show I read off the names of law enforcement murdered in the line of duty. This was a tradition I started on the “Cesspool” after Detectives Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were executed by a PoS thanks to the fake “Black Lives Matter” and “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” narrative.

As for guests, we don’t book guests constantly. We book guests that we would want to talk to off the air. Guests include: Andrew Giuliani, Cal Thomas, Retired DEA Agent, Larry Ray Hardin, YouTube sensations Brandon Tatum and JB Gunner, author TS Dixon, supermodel and friend of the show Alessandra Griffit, and many former members of the NYPD. For the former members of law enforcement, I started a segment called: “RMP Confessions” where the guest tells a funny or interesting story while they were “on the job” and the story took place after the statue of limitations expired. We also had people featured in “The Seven Five: Michael Dowd and Adam Diaz. Adam thought we were on a podcast so he was talking to Walter like he was in a Martin Scorsese movie! I had to tell Adam that we were on FCC licensed radio! He was very apologetic and kept it clean for the rest of the hour. When Andrew Giuliani was a guest, and running for governor I called his press secretary, Heather Powers McBride. Giuliani was such a great guest, I asked Heather if he would want to be a guest host. Not a guest, but to guest host. And one night he brings on a guest; his father!

We are unlike any other radio show ever. And that’s the way we like it. I consider Walter one of my closest friends. I’ve known him over eight years. We never met face to face. Walter and I haven’t met Mike Rakebrandt, or Heather McBride. Walter also never met Danila, Charlie LeDuff or Gary Byrne. We are the exact same on the air as off. Except off air, the language is much more colorful.

Our first Marketing Director, Mike “The Not So Sexy Intern” Garren got “75 Radio” into auto racing. Mr. Mike Robinette was starting the Topless Outlaw Racing Series. And with a handshake “75 Radio” was the official radio talk show of Topless Outlaws. We even sponsored a driver, Jeff Jackson, who one year was granted the honor of carrying the flag onto the track during the Star Spangled Banner. I told Jeff seeing him on that track with the flag in his car with our logo on it made me prouder than if he won the Daytona 500! This year once again we sponsored Jeff Jackson!

“This is 75 Radio” is our catchphrase for the off the wall antics that we do or when things go to shit! Either on air or off air and it doesn’t even have to do with the show! Here’s just a sample of “This is “75 Radio.”

-Scoop books a guest. The interview is going great until the end when he wanted to promote his storefront church. He says that the LDS, Southern Baptist and Roman Catholic churches are all wrong! The religious beliefs of Liberty Roundtable, The Political Cesspool and 75 Radio are: LDS, Southern Baptist and Roman Catholic!

-Due to a service disruption at Liberty News Radio Walter, Mike Garren, and I continued to do the show not knowing if we were live or not. I signed off as if we were live even though we were dead in the water. After the show Mike Garren said that we had the same number of listeners (just the three of us) as if we were live on the air.

-At the Political Cesspool’s 20th Anniversary party, James was running around making sure the events were running on time. I texted a nice picture of Danila Rodrigues for absolutely no reason, stopping James dead in his tracks.

-At the same function, I accidently took the equipment off line. A blind Sam Bushman is hooking it back up. I start one of our biggest shows on the phone. Sam gets us up and running and I totally bomb the show!

-During our weekly conversation, Walter comes up for an idea for a “radio bit.” It was funny and perfect. Saturday night rolls around and Walter sabotages the bit and I totally bomb the segment!

-Walter, Mike Rakebrandt and I have a group text about the show. Mike adds his two cents and I ask who’s this? He replies: “Mike.” I then ask how did you get this number and why are you on this chat? He asked if he did something wrong. I said no I was just fucking with him.

-February 2024. We bring Mike on as part of our family. Unlike Danila, there is no press release, no Talkers Magazine, and we asked him on the air. The next week, we promote the hell out of Danila at New York Fashion Week, barley mentioning Mike. 2025 Danila is back at New York Fashion Week and I post a huge picture and story. And for the same post, I write two small sentences and include a picture of Mike that’s smaller than a postage stamp!

-November, 2024: Danila and I attend a big fashion and entertainment event. I knew many in our circle of friends would be there. But, I never inquired if Dani was going. I roll up to the event and my phone chirps an Instagram post and Dani is there! I run inside and take a picture at the venue and text her! We meet up and have a blast!

-Same event Dani grabs the bottom of my tie and wipes off the camera lens of her phone and returns my tie to the proper place. Neither one of us says a word.

-I’m at Ed Huebner’s birthday party at the bar getting a soda. There’s an absolutely gorgeous woman at the bar wearing a little black dress. I was wondering if she was at the right place! I did what do best: text James Edwards!

-April 1, 2025: I get Dani’s permission to do this April Fool’s prank. I state that on April 1, 2026, I’m going to Yhanandasis, NY at the Justice of the peace to marry Dani! And the reception is a place called the Roadkill Grill which serves Greek and Puerto Rican food and the honeymoon is at my parents house with the entire family and six dogs! And the 75 family were congratulating me!

-March, 2025: I’m at Luciano’s for Saint Patrick’s Day! I’m about to do the show on a crowded deck. At showtime, I’m by myself. Then towards the end of the show, Luciano turns off the lights!

-December, 2023: I attend a birthday party of Danila and Indu Fields. A photographer takes a photo of me, and 4 other ladies! And Mike “The Photobomber” Foster!

-March, 2025: I meet up with Danila and she asks me how CPAC went. I was telling her I had the time of my life. I told her about the after party with the DC Crew and wanted to tell her about the “after party” after the after party. Dani said she probably didn’t want to hear such a hot story. Well too bad. I went back to my hotel room ate a bag of popcorn and watched “The Godfather” by myself!

-Summer 2024: Mike Rakebrandt claims I was going to a pool party with a bedazzled g string!

We do our best radio when we are away from home. We have been at race tracks, trucker protests, Donald Trump meet ups, birthday parties, Halloween parties, St. Patrick’s Day parties, CPAC, and even at a strangers house. We started on a flip phone. We upgraded to a Samsung Chromebook that we still use today because my new HP computer is some crap! Here are those some of those stories. Most of these can also be put in the “This is ’75 Radio’” category.

I went to a Trump supporters meet up doing the show on the flip phone. I had a walk on guest whom I never met who was talking into my flip phone. This guest hit it over the fence. We became instant best friends. That night we hung out until closing, and he’s been an interictal part of “75 Radio.” His name; Ed Huebner.

November, 2024 I went to the birthday party of someone where I met a mutual friend of the birthday girl on Sunday. That Friday I saw her again at the DC Glitz and Glamour event. She wanted me to attend a party the next day (Saturday) at a home out near Baltimore. I told the nice lady that I had a show to do and could I do it at their home. And they let me. I get there and it’s a party of completely nice, normal people. And Mike “The Photobomber” Foster. These people didn’t know what were all about (probably thinking we were a “normal” radio show) and let me do the show without bothering me. And I made a new friend who turns out runs in some of the same circles.

CPAC: CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) is a major event in the conservative movement. Since its usually held in DC, I usually have the opportunity to attend. The past two years exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. In 2024 I met friends of Mike Rakebrandt Diane Lewis and Brenda Alvarez. I met up and we became friends instantly! I had more fun hanging around with them than doing anything else at CPAC. I did the “Cesspool” and “75” from their room and it was a blast! The highlight was Sam Bushman booking Karoline Leavitt as a guest on his show. It was a group effort. Sam at the helm, James Edwards telling me not to mess it up, Danila giving me fashion advice. I even enlisted the help of Brenda and Diane. Diane took pics on my phone while Brenda grabbed a chair for Ms. Leavitt. This was a Super Bowl win for Liberty News Radio. And Walter helps out by putting “WTF” on Facebook!

2025 was the pinnacle of CPAC. I saw Tom Homan, Elon Musk, Steve Bannon and President Trump speak! I also went to an afterparty hosted by Steve Bannon. But; the crowning achievement was the people. Not the speakers but the people that I met. I saw Andre Soriano, Mike “The Photobomber” Foster, Elisa Nyguen and too many others from the DC Gang. But Alessandra Griffitt also introduced me to some other folks. Some of the people I met include: “75” guest and movie director Christopher Martini, photographer Barry Morgenstein, radio host Rob O’Donnell who I call a better version of me, (NYPD cop and talk show host), patriot John Shattuck, former FBI Special Agent John Donovan, actress and wife of retired NYPD Sergeant Martha Byrne and podcaster Ian Trottier! All these people let me in their world and made me feel like I was a part of something, I literally just met them. I loved the picture Alessandra took of all of us at the Gaylord hotel and I was the only one looking at Alessandra. It was like I knew I was in a special place. Which I was.

And of course we had a couple of “75 Radio” moments. First, I was squatting at a table on Radio Row and had to set up elsewhere in the middle of Sam’s show. Then at the afterparty at Tom’s Watch Bar, we had Under the Covers band, DJ Echo Mike, and “75 Radio!” I went on the “Cesspool” where friend Elisa Nguyen listened in to “that radio guy.” She also learned her good friend Danila was part of our crew! Then when it was time for “75 Radio” Under the Covers was playing and Liz and I couldn’t hear one another. So I ran outside on the phone doing the show. At 10:30, I grabbed my gear and did the show outside like a bum. Again!

Another “75 Radio” moment at CPAC this year was Saturday morning. Most media had to pack up. I brought my gear in and set up right on radio row. The table on my right had two guys eating breakfast. The table on my left was empty. I took a picture and sent it to Dani and Alessandra. Both were proud of me! I’ll take it!

I also went to an event called the Exxxotica Expo near my house. It was somewhat titillating. The big event was the after party at a place called Bourbon Boulevard near the venue. I brought my new HP computer and hooked up to the wifi, and sounded like shit back in the studio. So now I’m back on the phone. I’s freezing outside and now I’m doing the show inside. Were doing good and the crowd is picking up. About 150 dudes and about five ladies! Then a DJ starts spinning records, so now I have to go in the freezing cold! I should have stayed home!

Some of our best shows have taken place at the home of Luciano De La Torre whom I met through Ed. He throws a party that rivals the one we would receive when we reach the gates of heaven! Luciano is also one of the nicest, funniest and most hospitable people I ever had the pleasure to meet. For some reason when we do a show live there I feel like were Led Zeppelin and Luciano’s is Madison Square Garden. Two of our best shows took place at his home. Hell if I could I’d do the show there every Saturday, even if nobody’s home!

World’s First Radio Spokesmodel

When I first met Danila I was blown away. Not only was she an absolutely beautiful woman but she had a great personality. She came on for a minute for our July 1, 2023 show and killed! I hit her up on Facebook and we were chit chatting back and forth and she didn’t tell me to kick rocks! She understood my sense of humor! Messaging her gave me an idea. How about a Spokesmodel for a radio show!? There has never been a Spokesmodel for Radio. Until now. I asked Danila to be our Spokesmodel and gave her links to the show and website and was still all in! And not only is she the face of “75 Radio” but she has a great radio voice and personality that fits right in with us! Danila was the first and only choice for “75 Radio” Spokesmodel!

We have done some great shows. We have done shows that weren’t so good. And then we do shows that should be in the Radio Hall of Fame! Here are our five best.

5. November 16, 2024: our birthday show. Walter and I share birthdays five days apart. We did the show at the Hotel Heron in Alexandria, VA. It was wild! I had guests on to try to clear my name about the alleged g string at the pool party. The closest I got was Lucia Estevez reply: “Ewwww!” She came on the air speaking Spanish. I told her to speak English as this was not Telemundo!

4. August 10,2024: Mike Rakebrandt destroys Tim Walz’s stolen valor and alleged abuse of horses! Walter reiterates that if men want to use tampons they can stick them………. Also I’m accused of robbing a bum for his wine!

3. March 16, 2024: St. Patrick’s Day Party at Luciano’s. The entire family comes on. Heather eviscerates Fani Willis in less than five minutes! Walter asks me if I pained my nipples green for the party! I get nervous as I’m sitting next to Dani and worried about her reaction. She replied that I was showing everyone at the party! Then, Dani randomly says “green nipples” during the show!

2. January 4, 2025: I’m at a Chinese New Years Party. Charlie joins Walter, Mike and yours truly. The idea was to talk about the top 10 moments for “75 Radio” then the top 10 insults towards me! It was 54 minutes of destroying me! Half the show was us just laughing!

1. October 28, 2023: We premiere Danila as the World’s first Radio Spokesmodel! I wanted Charlie on just in case Danila bailed. After all, we are different. The idea was that Charlie, Walter and myself would do what we usually do, then at the halfway point we would do a “normal” radio show. Introduce Danila to the family easily. Like an outsider marrying into a family of Stanton’s! Well the show went normal………….for 20 seconds. Poor Danila got baptized by fire! Charlie is asking Dani questions in Spanish, asking her about the movie “Blow,” meanwhile Walter asks if she has lipstick! Danila was having a blast. I was having a nervous breakdown and a panic attack! But; I was part of the world’s greatest selfie! And I was proud to say that “75 Radio” blew the doors off of “The Political Cesspool.”

The success of “75 Radio” is the people that I have met along the way. Here’s a short list of those people that helped make “75 Radio” what it is today. Also many, many thanks to all those I met along the way.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. In 2024 Walz gave us so much material. Mike destroyed him in August concerning his military record. We called him Elmer Fudd before the clip of him attempting to load a Baretta shotgun came out! Walter said the problem was that Governor Walz was attempting to load the shotgun with tampons and not shells!

The DC gang: There are way too many people to name off. You know who you are. You people are awesome! Thanks for letting me into your lives! I always leave with a huge smile on my face and if I’m broadcasting, the show is even better! I love you all unless you photobomb a special moment!

Alessandra Griffitt: Thanks for your love, support and hard work for “75 Radio.” You believe in us and we believe in you! You and Brian make beautiful music together. Please ask Brian and the boys to play the Allman Brothers once in a while!

Ed Huebner: We met years ago and became instant close friends. You have become our field producer, which makes things go so much better. Show or no show I love hanging out with you! You have done so much and taught me so much just in life in general! Also you were responsible for introducing me to the person that would change radio!

Jay and Liz Harrison: You have the daunting task of making us sound good! Thanks for doing so much with so little!

Sam Bushman: You got us off the ground! Thanks for keeping us from crashing. The running joke is that nobody leaves Liberty News Radio. Why would we!

James Edwards: Jimmy! All of this was because of you! I am forever in your debt. Even though I branched off into the “forth hour” I am still the Washington DC Correspondent for “The Political Cesspool.” As the years go on our bonds have tightened. Why? Because we text one another like a couple of teenage girls! Remember this Mr. Edwards and I mean it from the bottom of my heart: Jimmy Page is better than Frankie Valli!

Heather Powers McBride: I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us. When I was booking Andrew I was thinking you would be a good fit for us! And you are!

Gary Byrne: You sir are a survivor. You have been through things no person should ever go through and your still with us! You are also one of the nicest people I ever met. A bestselling author, a tv celebrity on Fox and you still time to talk to me! Your wit and wisdom is second to none!

Charlie LeDuff: One of the smartest, most talented and down to earth people I know. You gave me so much yet want nothing in return. Your part of our top two shows! I am proud to be your friend!

Mike Rakebrandt: Mike you work your ass off for us because you believe in us. Your knowledge and talent is scary. Sometimes its best not to ask how you know some things. Bringing you on was a no brainer. The show has gotten better with you with us!

Danila Rodrigues: Wow! You are one of the most beautiful women on God’s green earth! You are also amazing; intelligent, ambitious, funny, and sassy! I am so glad you joined our family. You were the only choice for our spokesmodel. You are the world’s first radio spokesmodel and that’s something no one can take away from you. Off air you inspire me to be a better version of myself. I look forward to our next adventure in the DMV!

Walter Yurkiw: You are my best friend despite the fact we never met face to face. Show or no show I love talking to you on the phone. I asked you to do this with my not because of “The Seven Five” because of your talent and intelligence! We did some awesome shows together and I look forward to keep doing them way down the road. YOU are “Seven Five Radio!”

The “75 Radio” family: We do this for you. Your out there working your asses off trying to stay one step ahead of the bill collectors and Uncle Sam. You read the Constitution and follow the rules yet see this country fall apart! You want to listen to the show that is 100% real without the spin! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

A “75 Radio” Wedding!?

Who had THIS on their 2025 Bingo Card!?

The talent, staff and listeners from “75 Radio” as well as personalities from other shows on Liberty News Radio call ourselves “family” for the love we have for one another and the tight bonds we formed over the years. Now we are pleased (and shocked) to announce that “75 Radio” will actually become a family!

Scoop Stanton asked “75 Radio” Spokesmodel Danila Rodrigues for her hand in marriage! And she said yes (poor woman)! The happy event will take place exactly one year from today: April 1, 2026 at the Yhanundasis Town Hall in Yhanundasis, NY. The reception will be at the Roadkill Grill on Route 10 in Downtown Yhanundasis which boasts the best Puerto Rican and Greek food in Wanker County, NY. The happy couple will spend their honeymoon at the ¼ acre Stanton Compound with Scoop’s parents, bothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and 6 dogs! Mr. and Mrs. Stanton will enjoy the start of “Mud Season” where the snow melts and everything turns to mud.

“I am literally marrying the woman of my dreams! I am the happiest man in the world!” Said an excited Scoop. The future Mrs. Stanton was equally excited! “I’m going to be Mrs. Scoop Stanton!? Lucky me. Well that tax credit is really going to help me out . And he never wears his seatbelt and his family has a history of poor health, and he has a big life insurance policy.  It won’t be THAT bad.”

The lovely bride is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has completed a course in anatomy at Harvard Medical School. Besides being the World’s First Radio Spokesmodel, Danila is a nurse by trade, owns DR Wellness and Aesthetics and is also a successful model who appeared in New York’s Fashion Week numerous times.

The groom is a graduate with honors from a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) program and has attended Kee Business College. Scoop is a salesman for the Yellow Pages, a Collections Agent for D&G Collections LLC, and is a part time clerk at Fred’s Adult Emporium.

The couple has registered at Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus as well as the Dollar Tree.

Anthony Cumia’s triumphant return!

By: Scoop Stanton

Sunday night, I listened to Antony Cumia on 77 WABC in New York online. It was like he never left terrestrial radio. Cumia gave kudos to the legendary Bob Grant, who inspired generations of talk radio personalities, including yours truly. One thing Cumia touched upon was terrestrial radio vs podcasting. Everyone has a podcast. You have “podcasts in a box” kits at Best Buy. Everyone has a podcast. And most of them suck, with the exception of handful. And everyone of them has a big honking microphone front and center. It’s like who has the biggest phallus. And Cumia brings up the fact that most of these podcasters are panhandlers. They are all begging for money.

With radio, you can’t see anything for the most part. And that’s a good thing for “75 Radio.” Did I do a show naked? Did I do a show at a nudist resort? Did I paint my nipples green last St Patrick’s Day? Unfortunately only I know. But it creates the image while you are listening. One of the reasons why we put Danila’s picture up and not stills or a video feed is so we are still radio in the digital age. Besides who wouldn’t want to stare at Danila’s picture!? And at the same time we are on all major podcasting services as we are living by Billy Beane in “Moneyball:” “Adapt or die.” More and more people are being entertained on their phones with thousands of options. Everyone knows how I live and breathe rock music from 1964 to 1979. I can’t recall the last time I listened to the “Classic Rock” station in DC. Same could be said about talk radio.

The next day, Cumia went online and reviewed his performance. Its obvious that he’s not only a fan of terrestrial radio but he is humbled to be on WABC. His old partner Gregg “Opie” Hughes went on his podcast which s nothing more than a light, a microphone and a phone and criticized his old partner. Hughes criticized Cumia for doing AM radio at 8 pm on a Sunday night. Hughes also clowned Cumia because his car doesn’t have AM. But, this is 2025. Everyone livestreams! Including Liberty News Radio! What Hughes failed to mention is that 77 WABC is a legendary talk station. People would kill to get a slot on WABC. Second: Cumia is live in the biggest market in the US: New York. Gregg Hughes is no dummy. He knows that. Either he’s jealous or he’s playing into the three people that watch his podcast.

It gets better for Cumia! His show is going syndicated!

Kudos to Anthony Cumia for explaining the importance of terrestrial radio and the talent that still make radio great and congratulations for a great show back on radio!

Anthony Cumia back on radio!

Radio legend Antony Cumia is preparing to make his return to terrestrial radio Sunday, March 9 on the biggest AM talk station, 77 WABC. Cumia has made a name for himself as a “shock jock” since the 1990’s with Gregg “Opie” Hughes and Jim Norton, broadcasting on WAAF in Boston and the legendary 102.7 WNEW in New York. Cumia and company had low brow humour and bits, many of which were sexual in nature. As years went on, Cumia was more vocal on his views on politics and race. In 2014, he was fired for tweeting his anger among a certain group of people and their behavior after he was attacked in the middle of the night in Times Square.

Since that incident in Times Square, Cumia has been even more open, honest and vocal on racial issues. In 2024 he appeared at the American Renaissance convention which has been (falsely) accused of being a white supremacist, white nationalist gathering. He laid out what is wrong with the radio industry.

Radio is going through some tough times. Podcasting is absolutely destroying the industry. Then; the corporations who own the stations will only syndicate their talent under contract. And the days of the “shock jock” has gone the way of the teletype from WINS. Add to the fact competition from everywhere and car companies are not installing radios with the AM dial!

Over the years, radio stations have been bought ought by conglomerates: CBS, Clearchannel (I heart radio) Cumulus, and a handful of others. The Station Managers, and Program Directors cant do what they want anymore. Andy Travis today would have to listen to the people who own WKRP to the letter. The talent could only stay between the lines of what they can talk about. One talent in DC I spoke to said he was never told what he could or could not say. It may be true, but he stays within his lane. Nothing about race issues, nothing sexual, nothing that will get someone fired. Years ago when a personality got fired, their colleagues would rally around them. Today; dead silence. This is for two reasons: first; the other personalities are too afraid to stick their necks out so they won’t get canned. The second reason is because they are trying to get that gig!

As for us, we have talked about g-strings, men using tampons, picking up women in nursing homes and accusing a politician of sexually abusing horses! And this was only in August!

Is Anthony Cumia the answer to saving talk radio? Probably not. But he is the shot in the arm that us in the industry desperately needs!

My Presidential weekend

By: Scoop Stanton

What a weekend. By pure luck, I had a single Friday off and it’s the weekend before the inauguration! First was the birthday party of Yiqian Zhou, husband of “75 Radio” guest Brie Crenshaw-Zhou. As usual, I bugged Danila for fashion advice. It was either the Allman Brothers shirt with sweatpants and flip flops, or a nice suit. The suit with the Rolling Stones tie worked. I went to a place called Pallette 22 in Washington DC. And I rolled in deep with all my friends!

I was the first one there because everyone else was looking for parking! The usual gang was there. Alessandra Griffitt showed up as well her friend, John Stubbins, who’s been on “75 Radio” before. As usual the ladies looked awesome. Alessandra then invited me and John to a place in Ashburn to see her boyfriends band, Under the Covers play. I’m there! I drive 40 minutes to this nice place in Ashburn and meet some of Alessandra’s other friends. Some other ladies loved what they saw when I walked in! They loved the tie. They were buying drinks, dancing and making small talk! To the tie, not me. I was eating chicken wings with Stubbins!

The next day I met John and 10 other patriots for lunch in Alexandria, Virginia. It was a great as we all made some contacts for our various endeavors. After lunch myself, Stubbins, and two ladies rolled into DC. The ladies needed a ride to their hotel and Stubbins was to meet up with General Michael Flynn. Unfortunately John and the general couldn’t meet up so John and I got enjoy DC traffic!

Later that evening I traveled to John’s hotel to do “75 Radio.” We had a hell of a show talking about the threat levels to President Trump!

Sunday I drove into DC to the Trump rally at the Capital One Arena. Big mistake! DC is on lockdown! Cops, Humvee’s, National Guard, barriers, fencing everywhere! So, this proved our point that there was a serious threat to the incoming President. I heard on the radio this morning some lady said Washington hasn’t been this shut down since 9/11.

Later that night I went to my first inaugural ball as a guest of Andre Soriano.

Soriano is probably one of the best fashion designers on the planet today! He designed the MAGA dress worn by singer Joy Villa. This was the MAGA/MAHA Crypto Ball at the MGM at National Harbor! I had a blast and will write about it later.

i had a great weekend. What’s the best part was that knowing Monday Joe Biden is out and Donald Trump will be sworn into office with a vengeance.
