The Alex Pretti shooting analyzed

Last Saturday morning Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) went looking for an illegal alien for deportation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Alex Pretti, 37 was at the scene. Pretti was in the middle of the street at the beginning of the video. A third person, presumably a woman got into the Border Patrol Officer’s face. Pretti saw the confrontation and stepped in to get involved, then other members of the CBP got involved. At the 39 second mark of this video you can see Pretti bend over and reach into his waistband on his right side. To law enforcement this is a clue to law enforcement that a person may have a weapon. Pretti did indeed have a pistol on him, which he had a permit to carry. As the CBP agents are struggling with Pretti, someone sees the weapon and now the race is on to stop Pretti from doing whatever his intention was. During the struggle, a CBP Officer was able to retrieve the weapon while one or more agents discharged their weapons. Pretti died from his injuries.

As Walter Yurkiw said, police work is “messy.” It’s not like “Law and Order” or Columbo where the officer tells a person that they are under arrest and to turn around, put their hands behind their back. People don’t want to go to jail. People will run from the police or will fight the police. Trust us. We know.

As for the press conferences from the head of the local CPB Office Greg Bovino to Mayor Frey and Governor Walz are completely different.

Where in the world is Gavin Newsom!?

He’s in Davos hanging out with James Bond villains! President Trump came back from the World Economic Forum looking like a champ! Also attending was California Governor Gavin Newsom. He was invited, and he flew on a private plane paid for by someone else! He probably went there to learn something. After all California is the third most expensive state in the US, third highest unemployment rate, nation’s highest gas prices, as people like Elon Musk are moving their billions in wealth and their factories out of California! Newsom must have closed the Medical shortfall of over $200 billion, had the high speed rail between Los Angeles and San Francisco built and had all those homes lost in the fires in 2025 rebuilt to fly to Davos!

Newsom of course is running for president in 2028, so he needs his face to be seen on camera at an international event so he can say he has experience in foreign affairs and meet potential campaign donors when he runs for office. And all he did was trash Trump! Trump is bringing the economy of the nation back to life while Governor hair gel is too busy with his dumpy podcast!

75 Radio Teams Up With Teachers Union!

New York City’s teacher’s union, the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) is holding a National Day of Action today, January 23 to show nationwide solidarity for the incident involving ICE and Renee Good who apparently was a substitute teacher. I guess everything is running smoothly in New York City Public Schools so the teachers can worry about things outside Gotham’s classrooms!

On the website members are encouraged to wear black and post pictures with @UFT. Our own Scoop Stanton participated with the UFT on Twitter and posted pics of our own Danila Rodrigues! Why not!? Dani is an immigrant, but unlike these commies, she loves America!

So remember; stand up for Danila!

Virginia gets what they voted for

By: Scoop Stanton

The 2025 Virginia election was a win for Democrats with Abigail Spanberger winning the Governor’s office. Day one Spanberger signed 10 executive orders. One of those was to rescind the executive order signed by Glenn Younkin that allowed local law enforcement to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. Spanberger also signed an executive order for “High Quality Public Education.” ZERO mention on school choice! Glenn Younkin won because he was for school choice. He fought for school choice but the Virginia legislature killed school choice bills!

Virginia is turning into Illinois thanks to demographics! The leftist losers moved out of the Blue States because the people they voted for ruined that state. So now, they all move to the DC suburbs and want to turn Virginia into New York, New Jersey, California, Illinois and Maryland. The tip of Virginia oversees the rest of Old Dominion! Why are liberals always moving from Blue States to Red States!?

FCC wrong on this one!

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said that daytime and late night television shows must comply with equal times regulations for political candidates. The “equal time” rule was so that both or all candidates running for political office has the opportunity to promote themselves. In 2006 the “Tonight Show” was given an exemption. Wednesday the FCC said it didn’t see any reason why any show would qualify for an exemption.

We disagree with this decision. We especially understand that these are public airwaves and there needs to be some regulation like traffic laws on public streets. But not only does this create a First Amendment issue but the opposing candidate will not get a fair shake. Pretend its 2028 and Stephen Colbert (above) still works for CBS. The presidential candidates are JD Vance and Gavin Newsome. First question to Vance: “When did you stop beating your wife?” And the first question to Governor Newsome: “Why is JD Vance the worst candidate for president?”
