On May 1^st, a deranged homeless guy named Jordan Neely was acting in a threatening and disorderly manner on a subway in Manhattan. Former Marine Daniel Penny was also on that train going about his business. Penny perceived Neely a threat and took action to neutralize the threat. Penny put Neely in a hold to restrain him. Two other passengers assisted in holding Neely’s arms. While Neely was restrained, Penny was screaming for others to call 911. Neely would pass away from this incident. And the always predictable Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has filed charges against Penny!

This is the same Alvin Bragg that will not charge people for certain felonies, will downgrade charges from felonies to misdemeanors or simply not charge people for crimes! This is the same Alvin Bragg who filed charges against Donald Trump for federal statutes! We will try to find out if there is a legal defense fund. Daniel Penny was simply riding a subway and took action to protect people he did not know.

Yesterday a Fairfax County Police Officer found a U Haul truck that was reported stolen from Richmond. The officer rolled up to a man standing with the truck. A struggled ensued in the front seat of the police cruiser. The shitbag put his hand on the officer’s holstered weapon. The perp then put the car in reverse and it takes off with nobody at the wheel. It then collides with a parked car at a McDonald’s next door! The cop and perp are still fighting when help arrives! The other officers pulled the shitbag out and neutralized the threat! In 2022, Congress in their infinite wisdom directed the US Army to rename military bases that were named after Confederate war heroes.

This is not a easy task and not cheap. This is at a time the Army is telling soldiers being squeezed by inflation to apply for food stamps!

Columnist E. Jean Carroll accuses Donald Trump of raping her in a dressing room in Bergoff Goodnman in the 1990’s. I say its bullshit! Not because I’m a Trump fan, but look at the some things. Carroll filed a civil lawsuit, never filed a criminal complaint. Carroll came out with this story in 2019. Also Carroll is not easy on eyes, even back in the day. Look at the women Donald Trump has been with! All much younger than the Donald. Carroll is actually older than Trump. Then if you look at the clip at Mar A Largo where Jeffrey Epstein pops in, there’s a party going on with only women and Donald Trump. Every woman a 10!

The department store where the incident took place has closed years ago. No videotape and no witnesses. Besides, when has Donald Trump gone shopping for anyone!? He has people to do that. If he did go shopping, wouldn’t he have security? Other people to accompany him? Trump may be a horn dog, but you never hear about him getting his groove on in public, on his planes, in his limousines, or his buildings. You never heard Trump sexually harass any staffers, swim naked in a pool or hit on the date of a Secret Service Special Agent at a Christmas party!

Now a jury awarded Carroll $5 million. Trump didn’t testify. His lawyers dropped the ball on that one. If you didn’t do it, you didn’t do it. This is nothing more than another attempt to derail Trump. But; Trump killed it on CNN!

Actor and patriot Scott Baio is leaving California for Florida! Baio cites the declining standard of living and out of control taxes. In Florida Baio will experience:

-No State income Taxes

-Carry concealed with no permit

-A State legislature and governor that wants to really get tough on crime! Florida recently passed a bill to allow people convicted of child sex offenses eligible for capital punishment

-Local law enforcement especially Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd taking no shit from anyone in keeping its people safe.

-People who still love this country and its values

The biggest problem is all the people from up north that bring their bad ideas south of the Macon Dixon line! If it failed back home, it will fail…everywhere else. I have seen it personally on the shores of the Potomac River. Northern Virginia looks nothing like the rest of the Commonwealth!
