According to Andrea Peyser from the New York Post, this bum drinks and gets sexual favors from his girl right on the sidewalk where he lives. He doesn’t worry about using a restroom as Peyser wrote that his girlfriend found a pizza box to use to take a dump! Oscar is an absolute nuisance and the cops from the 114th are unable to do anything about it!
