Infamous Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg decided not to pursue assault charges for a mutt who allegedly threw snowballs at New York’s Finest. Charges were downgraded to harassment and obstruction of governmental authority (OGA).
The perp is named Gusmane Coulibaly who is 27 years old! To put this in perspective Robbie Kreiger was 19 when he joined the Doors and 20 when he wrote “Light my Fire!” Coulibaly is a frequent flyer in the New York state criminal justice system. He robbed a man on the subway claiming it was a prank for YouTube! If he wants to be a big name on YouTube, he should give away free stuff like Mr. Beast!
This is one of the reasons your streets are not safe. People like Bragg go after police and people like Daniel Penny and cut bad guys loose. It’s not only in New York City. There’s bummy DA’s in Fairfax County VA, Loudon County VA, Baltimore City, Maryland and just about anywhere liberals live!
