Minnesota National Guard members were at a federal building giving Anti ICE protestors coffee and doughnuts! The National Guard were activated because of the protestors!
These Guard members are wearing nametapes above a breast pocket that reads U.S. Army. The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is the penal law/criminal procedure law for the military. Article 104 deals with aiding the enemy. While coffee and doughnuts is not exactly treason but why help the people who are tearing your state apart!?
