No probable cause!

Probable cause is a requirement under the Fourth Amendment that must generally be satisfied before police may make an arrest, conduct a search, or obtain a warrant. Probable cause exists when the facts and circumstances within an officer’s knowledge would lead a reasonable person to believe that a crime has been committed (for an arrest) or that evidence of a crime is present in a specific location (for a search).

This week Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) dropped a bombshell when he released internal FBI records stating that the Special Agents involved did not think there was enough probable cause to search Donald Trump’s residence. But Attorney General Merrick Garland signed off on the information, found a bum judge to sign off on a warrant and the FBI raided Mar-A-Largo going through Melania Trump’s underwear drawer! With cameras present.
