This is Keona Holley. She was the mother of four children. She supported her children by working for the Baltimore Police Department. On December 16, 2021 she never returned home. She passed away two days before Christmas.
Yesterday the “Man from Maryland” Kilmar Garcia was released from custody because a judge issued an order preventing ICE from detaining Garcia. Today he was required to check in with immigration authorities and again, he received a hero’s welcome!
