Last week, Scoop got his bucket stolen in the ‘hood. These car thieves are in the rich neighborhoods, where members of a president’s cabinet live the ‘hood and everywhere in between. These mutts do not care! There is absolutely zero consequences for their actions. Hell, almost 70 percent of arrestees do not get charged! Meanwhile MPD are handcuffed. MPD is offering up to $20,000 sign on bonus! At night people are not hanging out with the exception of a few neighborhoods. U Street becomes Hogan’s Alley. And Mayor Bowser wonders why buildings are empty and Metro ridership is down by 50%! There has been members of Congress carjacked in DC in allegedly “good” neighborhoods! Don’t look for any changes anytime soon.
