Last night I stayed home. But I had the time of my life! The people above these words are the reason why. I was on “The Political Cesspool” with James Edwards racing down memory lane for 20 years of great radio. It was because of James Edwards I was able to meet the three other outstanding people. Mike Rakebrandt is our journeyman on “75 Radio.” Walter had company over to watch the World Series so he was unable to come on. Mike filled that role without skipping a beat. Danila Rodrigues was at the Halloween parties of all Halloween parties! She has been with us for a year and made Talkers Magazine again! She was doing a livestream on Instagram at 9:57! I asked her to call in at 10. Now I’m getting nervous. I put the kids to bed and get back online with our producer Liz and Danila is already online! Danila kills then Mike and I have a great show. Mike keeps bringing up things we didn’t talk about so we kept branching out. It was like a Joe Rogan podcast.
I asked Charlie LeDuff to come on as he was part of our blockbuster show last year when we premiered Danila. He said that he was visiting his mother and if he had time, he would call in. Forget the show, Charlie was visiting his mother. Enough said. Then at the last segment, Charlie calls in! Charlie called in to wish Danila a happy anniversary! That’s Charlie! Visits mom and comes on to give love to Dani!
These people help me make the man I am now. I can’t thank these people enough and the rest of our family for everything. Onward to victory!
