Delta: just get me there and don’t lose my bags!

Delta Airlines DEI boss Kyra Lynn ohnson had enough influence to have gate agents not say “Ladies and Gentlemen” when a Delta flight is delayed, cancelled, overbooked or God forbid, boarding for an on time departure.

DEI does absolutely nothing to improve anything.

Can someone tell me how DEI is going to improve Delta Airlines on time performance, efficiency or financial stability?

Can anyone give an example how DEI improved productivity?

Can anyone give an example how DEI improved safety?

Can anyone give an example how DEI improved performance?

Can anyone give an example how DEI improved the quality of life for society?

Can anyone tell me how DEI can improve the quality of Boeing aircraft or get those astronauts from the International Space Station?
