Mod Pizza is a woke pizza chain with locations all over the country. It is a woke company. Think of it like Starbucks pizza. Look at its website. I knew it was woke when I walked into the store as on the wall where there were pictures of people supposed to be employees and customers. The people on the wall were mostly minorities. The area the store was in was mostly white.
But now Mod Pizza are closing stores in California as the minimum wage for fast food workers was raised from $16 to $20 per hour! I guess Mod Pizza doesn’t want to pay its black and brown employees a “living wage.” Mod Pizza is a business. They have no stores in Oakland, Compton, Washington, DC. They do have a store in Baltimore, but in a neighborhood with a Mom’s organic market and a Starbucks.
