A couple of days ago, I was more or less feeling sorry for myself for different things going on in my life. As usual, I was flipping the satellite dial and this song came on.
It’s the song I just want to celebrate by Rare Earth. The band just wants to celebrate another day of living. Which we should. My wife returned to the car and was of course clueless!
Then I flipped the dial again and this song came on.
“I’m telling you now, the greatest thing you can do now is smile someone that;s blue now.” This put into perspective of those who matter the most, besides my kids. The people I met over the years, most of whom are with Liberty News Radio. James, Winston, Walter, The Bombardier, The Copperhead, Sam, Sean, The not so sexy intern, and so on. These people I also consider family as well as the listeners and fans of Liberty News Radio.
