Maybe. A police officer from Fairfax County VA, which is part of “Northern Virginia” ie the DC suburbs is one of the best police agencies in the US! But; a police officer was suspended for contacting ICE for an illegal alien wanted by ICE for failing to appear at an immigration hearing! I am not kidding!
The police officer processing an auto accident ran the names of the driver. And surprise. One driver was wanted by federal authorities. And he did not have a drivers license. So, the good officer called ICE, and they picked him up. But current SOP’s for the Fairfax County Police Department prohibits the practice of detaining people for such issues. So the Chief of Politics Ed Roessler suspended the officer until he is retrained ie reprogrammed not to stop illegal aliens!
The Chief of politics also said:
“Our county is one of the most diverse counties in the nation and no one should have the perception that FCPD is acting as a civil immigration agent for ICE. This matter damages our reputation and the longstanding policy that I have stated many times that our officers shall not act as immigration agents.”
There are federal laws against narcotics, identity theft, sex trafficking. Is the FCPD not supposed to enforce those laws too? Fairfax County has gotten black eyes over the years with this stupid policy. An group of MS-13 members murdered a female informant in Fairfax. This incident was featured in the old television show, Gangland! There was also a Muslim immigrant that was murdered by an illegal alien. This story did not make the news. Herndon Virginia is home of the Northern Command of MS-13.
As for diversity there’s plenty of it. Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern. But; they all have money. And they all stick to their own. And they all hate white people. They don’t play the knockout game or call us crackers, but they want nothing to do with us and see us as second class citizens!
